Medi-Cal Redetermination Training

This course prepares Community Health Workers, providers, community-based organizations, health maintenance organizations, and other member-facing and provider-facing members with foundational knoweldge for Medi-Cal to support community members with enrollment, renewal, redetermination, and retention.

Course materials cover who may qualify, examples of covered benefits, and the importance of maintaining continous coverage, while also reviewing key policy and enrollment changes. You will also practice using BenefitsCal, Central California Alliance for Health resources, and relevant county information to help eligible Medi-Cal participants maintain access to care.
