MGMT X415.2 Labor Law & Labor Relations (2.0 semester units)

This course will explore labor and employment laws regarding wages, anti-discrimination, leaves of absences, labor relations, including collective bargaining, and other California and Federal laws that dictate the workplace.

MGMT X415.3 Data-Informed HR Transformation (2.0 semester units)

Effectively facilitate transformational change within an organization through organizational design, HR consulting, business fundamentals (Finance 101, ROI, etc.) and business strategy. Learn to make data-driven insights to support your talent strategy.
