WHAT IS OUR APPROACH?

NEW WORKFORCE INCUMBENT WORKFORCE INNOVATION ADOPTION

Creating equitable pathways to workforce development and skills-based education that centers the learner in the implementation and training process to alleviate barriers to enrollment and skill attainment. This may include university-to-you models through regional partners, offering online, accelerated or short-course, and asynchronous offerings to support all learning needs and interests.

Building the capacity and skill sets of existing employees benefits the individual with promotional opportunities and the employer with retention and productivity. Focused on upskilling and in some cases reskilling, the incumbent workforce will gain access to training and certification that directly correlates to increased salary and wages and support of innovation adoption at the organization level.

Regional industries are pressured to advance development of new technologies and innovations, especially as costs continue to rise. With this pressure, there is an inherent demand to upskill the workforce, both new workers and the incumbent workforce, while introducing more technical, advanced approaches to how the industries conduct business.
