Free career-boosting leadership training programs and courses
We partner with your company's Human Resources team and Good Jobs Central Valley to identify and provide free job-specific skills with career-building courses and certificates specifically for frontline supervisors and managers, intentionally focused in the Central Valley Counties of Fresno, Madera, Kings, and Tulare.
These programs are aligned with career growth opportunities specifically for your company and are led by highly qualified trainers.
Who is eligible for the program
Funding from this region’s Good Jobs Challenge award is available if you meet the following requirements:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You reside in Fresno, Kings, Madera, or Tulare Counties, or may find employment or are currently employed in one or more of these four counties
- You are permitted to work in the United States
- You are currently working but have the potential to advance to another, qualifying Good Jobs role at one of the following employer partner sites:
- Black Water Consulting Engineers, Inc.
- Community West Bank
- Fowler Packing
- Pacific Southwest Containers, LLC
- Victor Packing
